On-Site Security Service
The on-site security officer's main responsibility is to observe and report. His or her duties vary from account to account; however, their assignments are where their presence is required continuously or during specified periods to prevent unauthorized access. There are no magic formulas to creating qualified security officers. Just solid time invested values that comply with the security posture of each client. The recruiting and selection process is the heart and soul of our success. Our pre-hire processing is extensive. We start with an involved application. The application is then qualified. Once qualified, we schedule an interview followed by three different prescreening tests. If the results of the testing are at the required standards, a background investigation which includes finger printing and drug testing are initiated. Once the background investigation is complete, an employment decision is made based on the application, testing and information obtained in the background investigation.
Our officers must demonstrate reliability and competence long before they are assigned to a client. Once assigned, our officers perform, or we solve the problem. It may be changes in the training or procedures; it may mean replacing an officer on the spot. Our commitment is the ongoing training and supervision required to meet the levels of excellence you expect and deserve. We provide two levels of field supervision: weekly inspections by our Watch Commanders and regular visits by our Operations Supervisor who works directly with you to maintain compliance. The Operations Supervisor is under the direction of Raul J. Segura. Mr. Segura is briefed daily on all issues and gives direction to the supervisors on handling your concerns.
Mobile Patrol Service
The main responsibility of our Mobile Patrol Service is to also observe and report. Duties vary for mobile, but they are senior officers in marked vehicles that randomly check certain facilities during the hours contracted. The random checks will take an officer 8-15 minutes per stop on each account. This type of service is only recommended when "lock ups" and periodic checks are needed.
